As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the Naka Unit, you'll play an essential role in supporting our patients and nursing team. Working under the direction of licensed nursing staff, you'll provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities that promote comfort, safety, and recovery.

In this role, you will:

• Provide hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other delegated patient care tasks.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
