Job Description
The Market Specialist – Project Management will play a key leadership role in overseeing the project management department, ensuring efficient operations, and driving project success. This position will manage and coordinate the activities of project managers, schedulers, yard operations, and estimators to optimize project execution, meet customer demands, and enhance market competitiveness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to project managers, schedulers, yard operations, and estimators.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
- Develop and implement best practices for project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to align project strategies with business objectives.
- Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the project management department.
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Act as a key liaison between project teams and senior leadership, providing updates and insights on project progress.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, estimating, or operations, with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
