Bowen Family Agency is looking for a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to help customers with their Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and other personal insurance needs.

Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with insurance leads

Quote and sell Auto and Home insurance

Cross-sell additional insurance products

Explain coverage and discounts to customers

Maintain customer information and sales activity

Meet individual and agency sales goals

Provide professional customer service

Qualifications

Michigan P&C or Personal Lines license preferred

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong phone and communication skills

Comfortable making outbound calls

Motivated and goal-oriented

Reliable and professional

Basic computer skills
