Charles Knuth - State Farm is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to help Ann Arbor families and businesses protect what matters. You'll get a steady base salary, uncapped commission and bonus, and the training to build a long-term career.

Pay: $45,000-$55,000 per year base plus commission and bonus

What you'll do:

• Reach out to new prospects and follow up on leads and referrals
• Review customers' needs and recommend auto, home, life, and other coverage
• Close new business and work toward monthly sales goals
• Keep accurate notes in the agency's system

What we need:

• Sales experience (insurance, retail, auto, phone, or B2B sales) preferred
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or able to obtain them
• Confident communicator who is comfortable with goals

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, in office in Ann Arbor
