Courier Driver |Full time (W2)- King of Prussia, PA in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania at Rapid Medical

Rapid Medical is hiring full-time drivers in King of Prussia. You'll run a daily route in a company-owned, fully electric van we cover the vehicle, the charging, the maintenance, and the insurance. No mileage on your own car, no fuel costs, no wear and tear.

This is a W2 position with benefits and paid training. No CDL required.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22 per hour
• Sign on bonus: $150
• Referral bonus: $150
• Schedule:5:45 AM 4:15 PM (10 hour shift)
• Choose your schedule: SundayWednesday or ThursdaySaturday
• Report location: King of Prussia, PA 19406 same lot to start and end each day
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision
• Paid training before you run a route on your own
• Prior delivery experience (Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, or similar) is a plus but not required

What Your Day Looks Like

• Report to our lot in King of Prussia,at5:45am, loading starts at 6:00am, drivers areexpected to be out on route by 7:00am
• Complete a vehicle inspection charge level, tires, cargo area and confirm you have your dolly and safety vest
• Run your assigned route: approximately 130150 stops and 160 packages, covering about 100 miles
• Handle bulk and oversized items including cases of bottled water and cat litter
• Deliver accurately and on time, following site and safety requirements at each stop
• Stay in contact with dispatch about delays, route changes, or any issues
• Return to the lot at end of shift, park and plug in the van, and return your keys

What We're Looking For

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a record that meets our insurance requirements
• At least 21 years old
• Comfortable driving a full-size cargo van in residential and commercial areas
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift, and to use a dolly for bulk items, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to work on your feet for a full shift, including frequent entering and exiting of the vehicle
• Smartphone with an active data plan for the delivery app
• Reliable and punctual routes depend on an on-time start
