Account Executive in St. Louis, Missouri at EBS Recruiters LLC

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, self-disciplined Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive new business and increase market share. This individual will be responsible for developing new client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and selling products and services in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and increase market share
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients
• Identify and develop new sales leads through prospecting and research
• Conduct presentations and webinars to engage prospective clients
• Establish sales goals and develop strategies to meet revenue targets
• Prepare proposals and contracts, develop pricing, and negotiate terms
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to drive revenue growth
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and responsiveness

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–4 years of sales experience required
• Proven success in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, creative, and proactive approach to generating new business
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to travel up to 15% for conferences and business needs
