As a Senior Market Operations Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success and scalability of provider engagement and growth programs within a fast-moving healthcare technology environment. You will own program performance, create operating models, identify risks, and ensure initiatives stay aligned with strategic goals. This role combines operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to improve how teams execute and deliver outcomes. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers to strengthen programs, remove obstacles, and create sustainable processes. - Own the end-to-end operating model, execution, and outcomes for provider engagement and growth programs, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives, timelines, milestones, and expected results.
- Lead cross-functional teams by driving alignment, accountability, and progress through clear communication, data insights, and structured execution plans.
- Monitor program performance through multiple data sources, translating operational metrics into concise updates, recommendations, and decision support for senior leadership.
- Identify risks, blockers, and operational challenges early, establishing escalation pathways and ensuring issues are addressed quickly by the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support provider engagement activities when needed, including outreach, follow-ups, practice communications, and direct interactions with healthcare stakeholders to maintain momentum.
- Partner with market operations, analytics, growth, provider engagement, and commercial teams to align programs with broader business strategies.
- Design scalable operating models, workflows, playbooks, and processes that enable provider programs to grow efficiently and consistently.
- Establish reporting cadences and visibility frameworks that provide leadership with reliable insights into program health and progress.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve execution, and enhance program outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner who helps teams prioritize effectively and move critical initiatives forward.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, healthcare operations, client-facing roles, or related fields.
- Experience building, managing, and improving physician network programs, provider engagement initiatives, clinical operations, or healthcare-focused programs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, with experience in value-based care strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, operational tools, reporting systems, and data-driven workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and keep complex initiatives on track.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams, executives, providers, and practice staff.
- Comfortable identifying challenges, escalating issues when needed, and influencing decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally in external conversations and provider interactions.
- Experience working in an early-stage, high-growth, or rapidly changing environment is highly valued.
- PMP certification or MBA is preferred.
- Competitive base salary range of $107,000–$140,000 USD.
