This role offers the opportunity to drive growth within the cybersecurity market by building and expanding relationships with Managed Security Service Providers.
You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing strategic partnerships with organizations that help protect businesses every day.
The position combines consultative selling, territory development, and deep engagement with technical and commercial stakeholders.
You will play a key role in shaping the MSSP growth strategy while helping customers improve security operations through innovative solutions.
Working closely with sales, technical, marketing, and leadership teams, you will influence revenue growth in a fast-moving environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building markets, exceeding targets, and solving complex cybersecurity challenges.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the MSSP sales strategy across the United States. You will manage the complete sales process, build strong customer relationships, generate new opportunities, and contribute directly to the expansion of a growing cybersecurity business.

  • Own the full sales cycle for MSSP accounts, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Build and execute territory strategies to create pipeline coverage, target account lists, and qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with Managed Security Service Providers and understand their business models, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Position security solutions by demonstrating business value, including improved investigation speed, operational efficiency, service scalability, and stronger customer outcomes.
  • Generate outbound pipeline through account research, prospecting, networking, and strategic engagement.
  • Navigate complex, consultative sales cycles involving technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Manage sales metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, recurring revenue opportunities, and account activation potential.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting, Security Architects, Marketing, Account Management, and leadership teams to accelerate opportunities.
  • Build and refine sales processes, playbooks, and strategies for expanding the MSSP market segment.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting practices.
  • Support customers throughout the buying journey by acting as a trusted advisor and cybersecurity partner.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B software and cybersecurity sales, with proven success managing complex sales cycles and developing new territories. This role requires a self-driven professional who combines commercial expertise, technical curiosity, and a strong ownership mindset.

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience closing B2B software deals within enterprise, mid-market, channel, or service-provider environments.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology markets.
  • Experience selling to or through MSSPs, MSPs, channel partners, or similar service organizations.
  • Experience engaging with technical buyers across cybersecurity, IT, DFIR, SOC, SecOps, or related domains.
  • Strong qualification skills with the ability to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to build territories and generate pipeline independently from the ground up.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate both technical capabilities and commercial value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong accountability and ownership.
  • Experience with cybersecurity investigation, incident response, SOC operations, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, consumption-based, or usage-driven commercial models is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation range of $220K–$300K.
  • Equity opportunities through stock options, allowing employees to share in company growth.
  • Fully remote and flexible working environment.
  • Comprehensive medical coverage, including family options.
  • 401(k) matching program.
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays.
  • Home office setup support.
  • Monthly wellbeing and lifestyle allowances.
  • Opportunity to shape sales strategy and contribute to the growth of an innovative cybersecurity platform.
  • Collaborative environment with exposure to technical experts, security professionals, and industry leaders.
