Special Projects Associate
Reports To: Special Projects Manager
Department: Operations
About the RoleThe Special Projects Associate supports the execution of client and internal projects that fall outside of standard fulfillment workflows. This is a hands-on position responsible for completing project tasks, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
What You'll Do- Complete a variety of special project tasks as assigned by the Special Projects Manager or project leadership.
- Assist with setting up work areas, materials, and equipment needed for projects.
- Follow project-specific instructions, processes, and quality standards.
- Support inventory moves, repackaging, kitting, labeling, rework, inspections, and other project-based activities.
- Accurately track work completed and report progress throughout the shift.
- Identify quality concerns or potential issues and communicate them promptly.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adapt to changing project priorities and assist in multiple departments as business needs require.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute ideas for improving project efficiency and workflow.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team member.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Project tasks completed accurately and on schedule.
