This is a high-impact design role at the intersection of product, marketing, brand, motion, and storytelling.
You’ll bring digital products and new features to life through polished, engaging visual experiences.
The role combines hands-on production with strategic collaboration across product, creative, growth, and marketing teams.
You’ll create everything from motion and video content to launch assets, app-store visuals, and in-product storytelling.
You’ll also help establish scalable libraries, demos, and AI-powered workflows that make creative production faster and more consistent.

- Partner with product designers and creative teams to bring product experiences to life during major live events, developing prototypes and transforming UI into compelling storytelling assets.
- Own design across key product marketing surfaces, including in-app announcements, editorial product content, and feature-focused campaigns.
- Create launch visuals, feature assets, app-store content, animations, static graphics, and video content that educate customers and clearly communicate product value.
- Serve as a go-to design partner for product-related needs across brand and marketing teams, translating complex product experiences into accessible and engaging creative.
- Build and maintain reusable libraries of UI assets, product demonstrations, and creative components for marketing teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with website teams to incorporate product UI into product-detail pages and ensure digital experiences showcase products effectively.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered workflows that make asset creation more scalable, repeatable, and efficient.
- Manage multiple concurrent creative requests, balancing priorities, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by identifying better tools, processes, and approaches to product marketing design.
- 6+ years of professional design experience spanning product, marketing, creative, or closely related disciplines.
- A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating motion design, marketing design, brand design, product design, and high-quality production work.
- Proven ability to take existing product UI, brand direction, or campaign concepts and transform them into polished, launch-ready assets efficiently.
- Strong hands-on motion and video production skills, with daily experience using After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent tools.
- Experience creating a range of content, from lightweight UI animations to more developed explainer and talking-head-over-product videos.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and familiarity with modern product design workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to move comfortably between product, marketing, and creative environments while understanding the different priorities and constraints of each.
- Strong production discipline and the ability to independently deliver high-quality, on-brand work across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and a strong sense of polish, while keeping clarity, consistency, and reusability at the forefront.
- Clear, proactive communication skills, with the ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders and establish realistic expectations around scope and timelines.
- Experience developing AI-enabled creative workflows and using emerging tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Experience with shared asset or component libraries, regulated-industry marketing, financial services, or social-first video formats would be an advantage.
- A portfolio or reel should demonstrate product UI translated into marketing or educational content, at least one end-to-end motion or video project, and examples of cross-functional collaboration.
