Job Description

Position: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

This role focuses on production performance tracking and material/consumable management. The specialist ensures operational efficiency by overseeing procurement and inventory without direct line supervision.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Performance Tracking: Record and analyze daily production output and KPIs.
  • Data Administration: Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and internal systems.
  • Procurement Management: Order and manage factory consumables, office supplies, and equipment.
  • Material Coordination: Oversee raw and sub-material inventory and floor logistics.
  • Operational Support: Support general site management to improve factory efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or related fields preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and computer applications.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing site environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
