Job Description

Job Summary

This role involves operating and managing the frozen dough, butter cake, and cake sheet production lines at a bakery manufacturing factory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Operate bakery equipment and Training for staffing employees
  • Maintain high standards for product quality and follow safety regulations
  • Check daily/monthly inventory
  • Part-Time Employee Hygiene, Industrial safety and Commuting Management
  • Efficient production Line improvement

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in bakery, cake industry or food manufacturing operation preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
  • Communication skills and good teamwork
