As a key field leader, you will oversee crews of 815 team members, ensuring that all installations are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. • Lead and supervise teams of 415 electrical professionals on commercial job sites

• Manage the safe execution of all field work in accordance with project plans and safety protocols

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards

• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and resolve issues in real time

• Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders

• Maintain accurate documentation of daily field reports, safety meetings, and project updates

• Support field training and mentor junior team members

• Represent SECOs core values on every project

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical field leadership experience

• Proven ability to lead crews and execute work with minimal oversight

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specs, and schedules

• Valid drivers license

• A willingness to travel for project assignments

• No formal education requirement - apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred
