Job Description

Production Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Associate based in the United States.

This fully remote role supports the delivery of engaging digital learning and marketing content for leading consumer brands. You will transform finalized scripts and client-provided assets into polished, visually compelling lessons using established templates and a proprietary platform. The position combines visual design judgment with structured, detail-oriented production work and quality assurance. You will help ensure content is consistent, accessible, accurate, and ready for launch. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with project management, client services, sales, and marketing teams to keep projects moving efficiently. This is a strong opportunity for a design-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on digital production without the need for coding or extensive copywriting.

Accountabilities:
  • Build templated and video-supported digital lessons using finalized scripts, client-provided assets, and established production guidelines.
  • Upload, organize, and accurately place text, images, and occasional video assets within the proprietary content platform.
  • Apply strong visual judgment when selecting and positioning background and hero images.
  • Ensure appropriate visual hierarchy, spacing, alignment, readability, and overall consistency across lessons.
  • Follow established templates and design standards while maintaining a polished and engaging visual experience.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews before content launches, identifying and correcting visual, formatting, or production issues.
  • Troubleshoot common production challenges, including asset sizing, image quality, formatting, and template-related issues.
  • Make revisions based on internal stakeholder feedback while maintaining production standards and project requirements.
  • Support basic campaign setup and other production-related activities across the marketing services function.
  • Manage multiple production tasks and projects while meeting or exceeding established deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, client services, sales, and marketing stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Use AI tools where appropriate to improve workflows and help solve design or production challenges.
  • Follow written scripts and templates precisely while exercising independent judgment when adapting visual assets.
  • Contribute to a consistent, high-quality experience across digital lessons and other client-facing content.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in design, visual production, digital content creation, or a related field.
  • Experience working with templated digital systems such as content management systems, learning management systems, page builders, WYSIWYG editors, or similar platforms.
  • Strong visual design instincts, particularly around layout, spacing, hierarchy, consistency, and readability.
  • Comfortable working with digital image assets, including uploading, resizing, positioning, and performing light edits.
  • Ability to recognize when images or other assets require cleanup, adjustment, or alternative treatment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts, templates, and production guidelines accurately.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency with established processes and design standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage deadlines reliably.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using AI to solve design and production challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Experience with e-learning, lesson-based content, advocacy, training, or education platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Basic awareness of accessibility principles, including image selection, readability, and visual consistency, is beneficial.
  • Coding experience is not required for this role.
Benefits:
  • Base salary of approximately $55,000–$60,000 annually, plus a 1.5% annual bonus.
  • Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
  • Fully remote work from anywhere in the Continental United States.
  • 40-hour workweek with core availability from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Flexible scheduling outside core hours, aligned with and approved by the manager.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Up to 15 weeks of paid parental leave for eligible full-time employees.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching.
  • Eligibility for annual merit increases and company performance-based bonuses.
  • Access to exclusive employee incentive and purchase programs.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and growth-oriented remote work environment.
