Shift is looking for a highly engaged, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Payable Professional. In this role, you will be required to work 15-20 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate must be very organized with a strong work ethic and solid verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable for multiple entities
  • Project costing accounts payable
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Assist in reconciliations as required
  • General office tasks
  • Other duties as required

Success Factors & Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and team-first attitude, with a willingness to support tasks of all sizes.
  • Maintains the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in accounts payable across multiple entities or projects is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks experience, is considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to work accurately with documentation.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing across multiple areas of the business and supporting evolving business needs.
