What You'll Do:

• Engage with members who’ve asked to learn more about their coverage options

• Conduct needs-based consultations over Zoom or phone

• Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on each family’s circumstances

• Support clients through the application and enrollment process

• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention

• Attend team huddles, leadership calls, and optional skills workshops

What You Bring:

• A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

• Confidence in speaking with others and explaining options clearly

• The ability to self-manage in a remote environment

• Basic digital fluency (email, Zoom, web forms)

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is helpful, but not required

• Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
