Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the recruitment and onboarding functions of the Human Resources department. This entry-level position assists with attracting, screening, coordinating, and onboarding talent while providing excellent customer service to applicants, hiring managers, and employees. The Talent Acquisition Associate serves as a key point of contact throughout the hiring process and helps ensure a positive candidate experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Required
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship, volunteer, or work experience in Human Resources, recruiting, customer service, healthcare, or administrative support.
Experience
- No prior recruiting or Human Resources experience required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and healthcare environments.
- Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to travel between organizational locations as needed.
Working Conditions
- Office-based environment with regular interaction with employees, candidates, and leadership.
- May occasionally attend recruitment events outside normal business hours.
- May require travel between organizational locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Recruitment Support
- Assist with posting job openings on internal and external career sites. Review applications and route qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
- Maintain applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Onboarding Coordination
- Support pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and required onboarding documentation.
- Communicate onboarding requirements and next steps to new hires.
Administrative Support
- Prepare offer letters and recruitment-related correspondence.
- Generate recruiting reports and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Monitor recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries.
- Support compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and healthcare regulations.
Recruitment Events
- Assist with job fairs, open houses, community events, and college recruiting initiatives.
- Help prepare recruitment materials and presentations.
- Represent the organization professionally to prospective candidates and community partners.
Customer Service and Collaboration
- Develop positive working relationships with applicants, employees, hiring managers, and Human Resources team members.
- Provide timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive candidate experience.

Salary Range: $23.40-$33.93 /hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
