About the Role

The HRIS Manager provides leadership and oversight for the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems, related HR technology, and HR operational processes. This role is responsible for ensuring HR systems and operational practices effectively support accurate, efficient, consistent, and responsive HR service delivery across the organization.

The HRIS Manager leads HRIS administration, system configuration, and optimization, data integrity and governance, integrations, reporting and analytics, and ongoing system development. The Manager serves as the primary functional subject matter expert for HR systems and partners with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IS, and organizational leaders to identify needs and develop effective system and operational solutions.

This position leads HR technology and operational improvement initiatives, identifies opportunities for automation and process redesign, and provides direction, oversight, and development to the HRIS team.

• Provides direction, oversight, coaching and development to assigned HRIS and Operations staff. Establishes clear responsibilities, priorities, performance expectations, and accountability; ensures appropriate cross-training, documentation, and backup coverage, monitors service delivery and operational performance; and supports ongoing development of technical and operational capabilities

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required.

7-10 years’ progressively responsible HR experience. Including experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR technology, process improvement, or related functions required.

UKG experience is strongly preferred.

Prior lead/supervisory experience preferred.
