This role sits at the heart of industry-focused growth marketing, driving demand generation across Banking & Financial Services, Technology, and Telecommunications sectors. You will design and execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns that generate pipeline, increase brand visibility, and support enterprise sales teams in highly competitive markets. Working closely with sales, Client Partners, and cross-functional marketing teams, you will translate industry insights into compelling messaging and high-impact programs. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, from campaign design to performance tracking. It is ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys shaping narratives that influence complex enterprise buyers. You will also leverage modern AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and scalability.
- Develop and execute industry-specific integrated marketing campaigns across Banking, Financial Services, Technology, and Telecommunications verticals, aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Design end-to-end demand generation programs spanning awareness, thought leadership, lead acquisition, and ABM initiatives across digital, email, paid media, events, and content channels.
- Build messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and audience segmentation strategies tailored to distinct industry personas and buyer journeys.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, Client Partners, and marketing functions to ensure campaign alignment and pipeline acceleration.
- Manage campaign planning, calendars, budgets, and execution timelines while coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Drive performance tracking, attribution, and reporting to measure MQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI across all campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance campaign development, including content creation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in industry marketing, vertical marketing, or demand generation roles.
- Proven track record of building integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline in enterprise or mid-market environments.
- Strong experience marketing to Banking, Financial Services, Technology, or Telecommunications audiences, with understanding of their regulatory and business environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage sales leaders and senior stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into industry-relevant narratives.
- Experience with ABM strategies, intent data, and AI-enabled marketing tools is highly desirable.
