Job Description

We’re looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses who are excited to support our Cardiology clinic and make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective flow of patients during scheduled clinics, work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, and provide care to individuals who may face barriers accessing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to patients in a team-based, specialty clinic setting

• Facilitate efficient patient flow in the clinic

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff

• Follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)

• Support patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current LVN licensure to practice in California

• One-year medical office experience preferred

• BLS certification required and maintained

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

• Familiarity with asepsis and sterilization principles

• Experience using electronic medical records

• Strong judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
