Job Description

We’re looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses who are excited to support patient-centered care in our Community Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll provide both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, administer medications, support individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality care while helping create a positive and supportive experience for patients. We value collaboration, clear communication, and compassionate care, and we’re excited to welcome teammates who bring these strengths to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision

Administer medications and monitor patient responses

Execute and support individualized care plans

Provide respectful, professional, and empathetic nursing care

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our Community Health Clinic team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Current LVN license to practice in California

One year recent acute care experience

Completion of IV Therapy course and state certification

BLS certification required and maintained

Basic arrhythmia course or proof of competency

ACLS preferred

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
