Overview

H&K Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, friendly, and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple operational divisions, including heavy civil and infrastructure construction, aggregates and materials production, skilled trades and fleet maintenance, professional driving roles, and corporate support functions.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple divisions
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events
  • Manage candidates in iCIMS
  • Ensure positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure recruiting activities align with company processes and employment law requirements
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

  • 2+ years recruiting experience
  • Construction or skilled trades preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple openings at once
  • Willingness to travel locally for job fairs, school events, and recruiting activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with iCIMS or willingness to learn
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
