ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking Foundation Specialists (Outside Sales Representatives) to join our growing team. If you are someone who wants to work harder to achieve more in life-- this role is for you! This is a 100% commission-based position, but we provide all the training and support to ensure success if you're willing to put in the work. We are looking for well-rounded candidates who will be able to get dirty in the field while also properly navigating necessary technology and paperwork. The right candidates are hungry for the opportunity to help more homeowners solve their problems the right way, and make our community better, all while representing our brand with pride.

With locations in Virginia Beach and Richmond, we proudly serve homeowners throughout Hampton Roads, Greater Richmond, and northeastern North Carolina.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:

• No cold-calling; all leads are generated by VFS
• Paid training period 4 weeks at $1,000/week, then a draw (loan) period if requested
• 100% commission pay after training (earning potential determined by your performance)
• Weekly paycheck (for any commissions due)
• Minimum expected earning at 100K to maintain a spot on the team
