Pharmacy Technician – Shipping (Non-Retail Compounding Pharmacy)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Rd & Loop 101)
Compensation: $18.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No nights! No weekends! No major holidays!

OverviewVertisis Custom Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Shipping Team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role plays a critical part in ensuring medications are safely packaged, properly stored, and delivered to patients and medical practices in full compliance with pharmacy regulations.
This is a non-retail, operations-focused pharmacy role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

ResponsibilitiesPackage prescriptions in compliance with pharmacy regulations and shipping standards
Design and assemble custom-fit packaging to protect medications during transit
Understand shipping methods and delivery timelines to ensure proper dispatch
Maintain knowledge of medication storage requirements during shipment
Coordinate closely with pharmacy staff to communicate prescription shipment details
Monitor and maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Assist pharmacy team with operational support tasks as needed
Maintain an organized, efficient, and compliant workspace
Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs regularly
Previous Pharmacy Technician experience
Experience with shipping, packaging, or logistics operations
Prior experience working in pharmacy, healthcare, or fulfillment environments
$18.00 – $24.00/hour (DOE)
