MANAGER OF SHARED SERVICES - ONCOLOGY SERVICE LINE in Baltimore, Maryland at LifeBridge Health

• Staff management: Management of assigned staff's work processes, behaviors and schedules and acts in a management role with focus development and mentorship of all staff reporting to the manager.
• Process Oversight/Improve: Develops, implements and provides oversight of shared services processes for the Oncology Service Line.
• Relationship Management: Manages internal and external clinical and non-clinical stakeholders associated as well as required third party vendor relationships.
• Onboarding / Orientation: Responsible for development and oversight of orientation process for new staff and the ongoing education processes for existing staff members.

Qualifications:

• Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
• Education: Health sciences or related field
• 3-5 years related experience
