Salary Range:

$20.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Accounting Clerk - GGS Structures, a world-class designer, installer, and commercial greenhouse manufacturer, based in Vineland Station, Ontario, is looking for an Accounting Clerk to support the accounts receivable functions through accurate and efficient data entry and report generation.

The Accounting Clerk is primarily responsible for the day-to-day tasks in Accounts Receivable, but also provides back up support to the other office roles. Examples of responsibilities include:

• Maintains Accounts Receivable records.
• Regularly follows up on customer payments - before and past due dates.
• Processes financial entries to ensure proper recording of all business accounting functions.
• Prepares, verifies, posts, and records customer payments.
• Creates and submits invoices to customers.

Qualifications

• Accounting certificate and 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and ERP Systems.
