We are seeking an outstanding experienced Industrial Processor, who under minimal supervision, can perform processing duties to quality standards, understand standard operating procedures, and customer and job specifications; and must be familiar with processing of materials equipment and procedures.
Primary Duties:
- Program and run CNC Burn Table along with other processing machinery (ie. brake press, saws, sandblasters)
- Prepare parts and materials for following production operations.
- Operate and monitor machine operations and record operational data.
- Ensure the correct use and set-up of appropriate tools (i.e. install, alignment, securement of i.e. specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools).
- Set up, operate, or tend to machines to drill, saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal, plastic, or other materials.
- The JH is responsible to position, align, and secure workpieces against fixtures or stops on machines.
- Read drawings, work orders or production assignments to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerances.
- The JH is responsible to maintain used tools and machines (clean and lubricate) and to return machines or tools to the assigned (storage) location.
- Inspect completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
Schedule:
- Full Time position
- 10-hour or 8-hour shifts
- Day Shift (possible 2nd shift in the future)
- Monday – Friday
- Some weekend if required to meet schedule, overtime announced the Wednesday prior.

Required Experience:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- !+ year experience operating a CNC Burn Table.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing an effective manufacture of parts.
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and their applications.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, simple repairs, and basic maintenance.
- Skills in verbal communication.
