-- Operation of laser equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment when needed
- Physically able to manually offload materials;
- Automation experience preferred
- Punch press experience preferred
- Proven ability to read and interpret prints/drawings to fabricate parts.
- High attention to detail and safety.
-Ability to assemble and disassemble press brake tooling
- Knowledge of programming press brake machines for specific bending operations
- Experience operating a forklift for material handling purposes
- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations and read measurements accurately
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations
- Familiarity with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery is a plus
- Experience operating a crane or other lifting equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a plus
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings and tooling requirements
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
EXPERIENCE WITH FIBER OPTIC MITSUBISHI LASER A PLUS!!
Skills:

- Experience monitoring production and making changes as needed
