About This Position
This national staffing sales executive role pays a competitive salary based on experience plus 3% of the gross profit margin for any new staffing clients secured, in perpetuity, for the life of the client. These are the expected job requirements:
- Calls on companies, schedules appointments, secures new contracts, and travels as necessary;
- Promotes and markets light industrial and professional staffing through networking and canvassing;
- Meets the goal of 80 cold calls / client direct-contacts per week, including referred appointments;
- Manages the preparation, review, and administration of staffing service contracts and proposals;
- Logs all sales activity and follow-up appointments into the staffing portal intranet online system;
- Directly responsible for the preparation of sales presentations, quotes, bids and cost estimators;
- Secures necessary approval and ensures that the standard procedures are followed for all clients;
- Creates business development reports regarding market conditions and key performance indices;
- Provides customer service to local and regional clients for all staffing and recruitment services;
- Supports corporate client implementations, which may require short-term travel and site visits;
- Coordinates customer satisfaction surveys and mandatory quarterly business reviews (QBRs);
- Assists business development team with account management and recruitment, as needed;
- Helps manage and develop new subcontractor, referral, vendor and partner-agency relationships;
- Handles communications with VMSs and MSPs, including compliance and KPI audit programs;
- Completes research for new business proposals and administers registration and bid processes;
- Assists with providing leads and feedback to the sales support & executive staff at corporate HQ;
- Administers and updates monthly sales goals and attends weekly and daily meetings as required;
- Recommends service enhancements to improve client satisfaction and maximize sales potential;
- Relies on experience and judgement to accomplish marketing goals within budget constraints;
- Constantly creates new marketing approaches to stay competitive in the staffing industry;
- Performs other duties and attends meetings, as needed, or as requested by senior management.
