Mid-Level HR Generalist (Part-Time Contract) at Potters Industries Inc – Malvern, Pennsylvania

We’re seeking a mid-level HR professional with hands-on experience in HR and payroll to join our team on a part-time contract basis. If you’ve spent the last few years navigating ADP Workforce Now and supporting employees with confidence, this role could be a great fit.

Required Availability:

You must be available during standard business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, even though the role is part-time.

Contract Duration:

This is an ongoing contract position with no defined end date.

Location Requirement:

Candidates must be located within 30 minutes of Malvern, PA and able to commute to the office 3 days per week (Wednesdays).

Pay: $25/hour

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience
• 3+ years of payroll experience
• 3+ years in human resources overall
• 3+ years using ADP Workforce Now
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy

What You’ll Do

• Make an impact and contribute to the overall organization goals
• Support the HR team with day to day operations and troubleshoot inquiries from employees.
• Assist with payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Support with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Reconcile benefit invoices and manage billing
• Assist with HR projects and internal communications
• Provide backup support for our HR team as needed
