Elmhurst Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a driven, energetic BDC Sales Representative to join our high-volume dealership. If you’re great on the phone, love working with people, and want to grow in automotive sales, this is your opportunity.

• Handle inbound leads (calls, internet, text)
• Make outbound calls to generate appointments
• Set and confirm showroom appointments
• Follow up with customers consistently
• Log all activity in CRM
• Work closely with sales team to drive deals

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone and with texting/email
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive or BDC experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual is a plus

• Hourly pay + aggressive bonus structure
