Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools and machinery used in disassembly processes.
- Knowledge of materials and recycling practices.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Responsibilities:
