Essential duties:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which includes IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and safety-related policies
- Pick customer orders
- Receive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damages
- Breakdown pallet loads
- Inventory restocking
- Assist with periodic physical inventory count as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirements
- Ability to effectively operate Voice Picking
- Comply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety, and company policies
Other Duties:
- Perform all job-related tasks as assigned
- Follow the incident response procedure
- General housekeeping duties
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Some experience working in a warehouse is preferred
- Good communication skill in writing and verbally, using the English language
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
- Ability to safely operate various warehouse-related equipment
- Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required
- Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse
- Ability to see and hear (correctable)
- Ability to communicate (oral and verbal) in the English language
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own and/or over 50 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time and use repetitive motions
- Ability to climb, kneel/squat, bend, lift, carry
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, reach, twist
- Ability to work at heights and/or using ladders or lifts
- Ability to work overtime on a regular basis (often at short notice)
- Ability to wear steel-toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)
