Support Team Member in Customer Service

The Support Team Member in Customer Service is truly a team-based role. Team Members share and alternate in-house duties to provide consistent workflow for our Medical Billing Teams and Accounting.

Support Team Member in Customer Service will handle tasks including, but not limited to the following:

• Upload of electronic charge and payment files to company's billing system for processing
• Batching and reconciliation of charges for billing
• Retrieving medical records
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail
• Answer incoming calls and assist with over-the-phone-payments

Requirements

• Reliability in daily attendance
• A detail-oriented individual that can gather and document information accurately
• Computer proficiency using multiple screens and programs
• Great communication and customer service skill set
• Comfortable working in an office setting
