Position Summary:

The Operations Support Associate plays a critical dual role position supporting both warehouse operations and administrative office functions. This individual ensures smooth day-to-day workflow by assisting with inventory control, shipment coordination, documentation, data entry, and cross-department communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in both a warehouse and office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Support

  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments.
  • Support inventory management, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and delivery documentation.
  • Prepare pick tickets, packing slips, and shipping labels.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts – if certified).
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies to leadership.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Perform data entry for inventory, orders, and operational reports.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support scheduling of deliveries and vendor appointments.
  • Assist with customer documentation, proof of delivery, and invoicing support.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory accuracy, shipment tracking, and operational KPIs.
  • Provide general administrative support to Operations and Warehouse leadership.
  • Answer and route internal and external communications.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support roles.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
