Mid-Level Donor Officer & CRM Administrator

Position Summary
Jill’s House is seeking a relational, detail-oriented, and systems-minded fundraiser to serve as our Mid-Level Donor Officer & CRM Administrator. This role is an opportunity for someone who loves fostering relationships, values operational excellence, and is excited to help donors build a deeper connection to the mission and impact of Jill’s House.
The Mid-Level Donor Officer & CRM Administrator will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, cultivate meaningful relationships through consistent and thoughtful outreach, and help strengthen the systems that support excellent donor care. Additionally, this position will also serve as a key internal resource for Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT.
This is a builder role for someone who enjoys both relationship development and behind-the-scenes systems work. The right candidate will bring a contribution mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to help Jill’s House grow in disciplined, donor-centered fundraising that advances the mission for the long term.
What You'll Do
The Mid-Level Donor Officer will help advance the mission of Jill’s House by focusing on three key areas:
Donor Relationships
You will manage and cultivate a portfolio of mid-level donors, building authentic relationships through thoughtful outreach, meaningful communication, and opportunities for deeper engagement with the mission of Jill’s House.
Donor Data and CRM Support
You will help maintain accurate donor records in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT and support the creation of donor lists, reports, and metrics that help the Advancement team make informed decisions and strengthen donor engagement.
Donor Experience
You will help ensure donors are thanked promptly, communicated with thoughtfully, and cared for with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, advancement, customer care, nonprofit administration, or a related fieldCRM experience required; Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT experience strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesMust affirm the McLean Bible Church Vision and Values and abide by the Standards of Christian Conduct
