About the Role:

The PT Seasonal Operations & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of seasonal operational activities within the weekly rental leasing sector. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage the physical logistic of a premier 11-unit weekly rental portfolio. This is a critical "boots-on-the-ground" role ensuring our high-end homes and specialized surgical recovery unites meet a consistent 5-stat standard. This position is a temporary/seasonal position supporting the operational team to meet fluctuating seasonal demands. The coordinator will act as a liaison between various services and guests to facilitate timely delivery of services and resources. Ultimately, the coordinator contributes to the overall success of summer season rentals by maintaining organization, accuracy, and responsiveness throughout the operational cycle. ***This is a temporary/seasonal position during the summer season. Anticipated start/end dates to be determined based on summer season demand cycle. ***

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hospitality, property management or high end rental, or high-end logistics required.
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Streamline PMS and Breezeway preferred and/or similar property management platforms required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High-end customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid CA drivers license and ability to drive complex routes.
  • Flexibility to work varied weekend hours during peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Logistics: Coordinate and execute the daily "run" of luxury linens and supplies between the central hub and beachside properties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct meticulous post-cleaning inspection to ensure "white glove" readiness for arriving guest.
  • On-Site Supervision: Act as the primary point of contact for housekeeping crews and maintenance vendors.
  • Guest Support: Provide rapid on-site troubleshooting for sart-los, WI-FI, and appliance resets.
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and execution of seasonal operational activities to meet business demands.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of seasonal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
