Operations Analyst Location: On-site – Medellín Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

About the Role

The Operations Analyst supports the Strategy and Operations Associate by managing recurring data, reporting, and accountability cycles that drive Charges per Visit (CPV) performance. This role connects the field, back office, leadership, and vendors, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth operational cycles. When CPV cycles are lighter, the Analyst pivots to performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Reporting: Create weekly KPI reports, reconcile data from multiple sources, and deliver clear executive summaries.

Operational Cycles: Manage weekly audit and accountability processes, ensuring deadlines are met and issues escalated.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the main contact for managers, teams, and vendors, routing flagged issues with full context.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in operations, analysis, or project coordination.
