  • Promote secure coding standards, performance optimization practices, and monitoring strategies for integration services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to align integration initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends related to iPaaS platforms, microservices architectures, and enterprise integration patterns, proposing continuous improvements and innovation opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in integration development projects involving high-complexity enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP BTP / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including development and troubleshooting of iFlows.
  • Solid experience with synchronous integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and asynchronous/event-driven architectures.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs).
  • Strong architectural and systemic vision to design scalable, sustainable, and resilient integration ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience with API Management platforms such as SAP APIM, Kong, Apigee, or Sensedia is considered a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience developing microservices with Java and Spring Boot is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of monitoring and observability strategies for distributed systems, including logs, metrics, and tracing tools.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote work model with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise integration and digital transformation projects.
  • Collaborative and innovation-focused work environment.
  • Exposure to modern cloud-native architectures and cutting-edge integration technologies.
  • Career growth opportunities within a global technology ecosystem.
  • Continuous learning culture with technical mentorship and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace that values respect, ethics, and collaboration.
