Accountabilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions using SAP BTP / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Define integration architectures and select appropriate patterns, including synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven approaches.
Translate business requirements into scalable and technically viable integration solutions.
Develop and optimize iFlows while ensuring performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including diagrams, runbooks, and architecture artifacts.
Act as the main technical reference for troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical integration incidents.
Mentor junior developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical guidance.
Promote secure coding standards, performance optimization practices, and monitoring strategies for integration services.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to align integration initiatives with business objectives.
Stay updated on market trends related to iPaaS platforms, microservices architectures, and enterprise integration patterns, proposing continuous improvements and innovation opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 5 years in integration development projects involving high-complexity enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in SAP BTP / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including development and troubleshooting of iFlows.
Solid experience with synchronous integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and asynchronous/event-driven architectures.
Deep understanding and practical application of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs).
Strong architectural and systemic vision to design scalable, sustainable, and resilient integration ecosystems.
Excellent communication and technical leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience with API Management platforms such as SAP APIM, Kong, Apigee, or Sensedia is considered a strong plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience developing microservices with Java and Spring Boot is considered an advantage.
Understanding of monitoring and observability strategies for distributed systems, including logs, metrics, and tracing tools.
