This role sits at the core of a high-performance blockchain infrastructure team responsible for building and maintaining distributed systems that power a next-generation Layer 1 network and decentralized exchange. You will contribute to the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of mission-critical financial infrastructure designed to support global trading and execution systems. Working remotely within a cross-continental engineering team, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers, protocol specialists, and product teams. You will support the development, deployment, and optimization of distributed infrastructure that powers blockchain and decentralized exchange systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across production environments:

• Assist in deploying and maintaining distributed infrastructure supporting Layer 1 blockchain and DEX operations
• Contribute to improving transaction processing pipelines for speed, reliability, and efficiency under senior guidance
• Support the development of secure, production-grade infrastructure systems designed for high availability and fault tolerance
• Help maintain and operate cloud-based and distributed systems across environments, ensuring uptime and system stability
• Apply best practices in observability, monitoring, and logging using modern tooling to support system health and debugging
• Participate in infrastructure tuning and performance optimization efforts to improve latency and throughput

You are an early-career infrastructure or systems engineer with foundational experience in distributed systems and a strong interest in blockchain and high-performance environments:

• 1–3 years of software engineering experience with exposure to infrastructure or distributed systems
• Experience with systems programming languages such as Rust, Go, or similar
• Basic understanding of distributed systems concepts including consensus, fault tolerance, and latency
• Hands-on experience with Docker, with Kubernetes knowledge considered a strong plus
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring systems
• Strong willingness to learn secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure practices
• Good communication skills in Business English, both written and verbal
