Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Summary

The CNC Setup Machinist is responsible for producing high-quality quartz components that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and millsSet and adjust work and tooling offsetsOperate manual machining equipment as neededRead and understand basic G & M codeInterpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirementsInspect parts using precision measuring instrumentsPerform visual inspections and ensure quality standards are metMaintain a safe and organized work areaPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required1-5 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with Haas mills and lathes preferredTechnical or vocational machining training is a plusAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and quality

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, and stoopAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to work overtime as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Additional Requirements

Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background checkMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
