Job Summary
JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Principal Business Process Reengineering Specialist to apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies for process modernization projects, providing group facilitation, training, and ensuring enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.

What you will do:

• Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies
• Conduct process modernization projects
• Facilitate effective transitioning of project teams
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training
• Deliver knowledge transfer to project teams
• Coordinate between multiple project teams for enterprise-wide integration
• Provide daily supervision to Business Process Reengineering Specialists

What you will bring:

• BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline
• 5 years of experience in business process reengineering
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Group facilitation and training skills
• Experience coordinating multiple project teams
• Supervisory experience

How you will wow us:

• Prior experience with DoD, DISA, or DES process improvement initiatives
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading modernization projects in defense environments
• Background in DoD enterprise transformation programs
