Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer based in Brazil.
This role is part of a global digital platform team responsible for designing and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support critical business operations.
You will work across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM, building scalable workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities.
The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with best practices.
You will play a key role in improving platform performance, governance, and user experience across enterprise environments.
The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.
You will also contribute to platform evolution through upgrades, code reviews, and enhancement initiatives across global teams.
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions including workflows, business rules, scripts, forms, and automation to meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions.
- Configure and support key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, CMDB, and service catalog capabilities.
- Develop and execute test scripts, support UAT cycles, and ensure successful deployment of enhancements and releases.
- Perform platform maintenance activities including upgrades, performance tuning, governance, and ensuring data integrity and security.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support end-user training and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- 8–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience covering development, configuration, administration, and platform support in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM) and solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Proven ability to design and implement workflows, integrations, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in English and Portuguese.
