• Build and maintain fullstack applications using React, TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks to support decision-support and operational workflows.
• Design and implement data-heavy user interfaces including dashboards, tables, filters, scenario comparisons, and analytical views.
• Integrate optimization models, AI outputs, and business logic into user-facing product flows with clarity and explainability.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs, authentication systems, role-based access controls, and application services.
• Build supporting infrastructure such as background jobs, orchestration layers, and data processing pipelines for scalable system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, architects, QA, and subject matter experts to translate operational requirements into product features.
• Ensure application stability, testability, and production readiness across frontend and backend systems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer delivering production-grade web applications end to end.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript with deep experience in React and modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js.
• Proven experience building and maintaining backend APIs with authentication, authorization, validation, and service integrations.
• Strong ability to design and deliver data-rich interfaces including dashboards, tables, and analytical workflows.
• Familiarity with modern UI systems such as Tailwind CSS, shadcn, or equivalent component libraries.
• Experience integrating AI-driven or model-based functionality into production applications, including asynchronous workflows and recommendation systems.
• Comfortable working in cloud-based, serverless, and CI/CD-driven environments with pragmatic DevOps responsibilities.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code in modern agentic development workflows.
