Accountabilities:

Develop and evolve high-quality frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to design and implement scalable and user-centered solutions.
Contribute to technical decisions within the squad, proposing improvements and best engineering practices.
Improve application performance, accessibility (WCAG), and overall stability across platforms.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong documentation standards.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring continuous improvement and shared ownership of code quality.
Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and end-to-end) to ensure application robustness.
Contribute to the evolution of design systems and frontend standardization when needed.
Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and trends, proposing enhancements to the product.

Requirements:

Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
Experience building scalable digital products with modern frontend architectures.
Solid understanding of RESTful API integration.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or similar.
Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with design systems is a plus.
Knowledge of SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js is a plus.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and observability tools (Sentry, Datadog) is a plus.
Previous experience in healthtech, fintech, or high-scale consumer products is a strong advantage.
