This senior product role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling flight supply ecosystem, where technical integration meets commercial impact. You will be responsible for shaping how airline partners, GDS systems, and third-party aggregators connect into a high-performance travel platform. Working remotely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the reliability, scalability, and competitiveness of the flight marketplace. Your work will directly influence booking success, pricing quality, and system performance across millions of travel searches. This is a highly technical and strategic position combining product leadership, API-driven architecture, and data-informed decision-making. You will also leverage AI-powered automation to improve onboarding speed, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply focused on delivering a world-class travel experience.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the end-to-end integration strategy for flight supply partners, including airlines, aggregators, and GDS providers through high-performance APIs, ensuring scalable and reliable connectivity.
  • Translate complex technical and commercial requirements into clear product specifications for search, booking, and post-booking workflows, enabling seamless system execution.
  • Own and prioritize a high-velocity product roadmap focused on improving integration quality, reducing onboarding time, and minimizing system defects and operational friction.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as booking success rate, API latency, pricing competitiveness, and overall supply reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable backend systems aligned with internal architecture and platform standards.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to automate anomaly detection, improve partner data mapping, and streamline issue resolution across the supply ecosystem.
  • Partner with commercial and partner success teams to onboard new supply sources and resolve gaps in availability, pricing, or functionality.
  • Standardize integration and onboarding processes to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and consistency across partners.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, technical challenges, and performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience in high-growth, execution-driven environments, with ownership of complex technical products or platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, backend systems, and third-party integrations, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking key product metrics such as conversion, latency, and booking success rates.
  • Experience in travel, aviation, GDS, or supply-heavy ecosystems, with strong understanding of distribution and pricing logic (asset).
  • Familiarity with inventory, booking, or marketplace systems, including post-booking workflows and ancillary services.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products, machine learning applications, or data enrichment workflows to enhance automation and scalability.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to operate across engineering, commercial, and external partner teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while driving clarity, alignment, and execution.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve product workflows, analysis, or decision-making (strong asset).
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Pre-IPO equity participation opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Health spending account for eligible medical and dental expenses.
  • Access to telemedicine services for employees and dependents.
  • Retirement savings plan with pre-tax contributions and employer support.
  • Generous parental leave exceeding industry standards.
  • Flexible remote work environment with unlimited paid time off.
  • Travel and lifestyle stipends and work-from-home support.
  • Co-working space access on demand for added flexibility.
  • Strong culture of autonomy, innovation, and cross-functional impact in small, agile teams.
