Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for core CRM capabilities, aligning business objectives, customer needs, and long-term product strategy.
  • Conduct customer research, analyze product usage data, and gather stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through design, development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize initiatives, maintain product backlogs, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI frameworks to support strategic product investments and roadmap decisions.
  • Drive modernization initiatives and platform enhancements while maintaining continuity and usability for existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI-powered capabilities into CRM workflows, improving automation, intelligence, and user productivity.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on product goals, launches, and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously refine priorities and maximize business impact.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the product organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through customer-focused product strategies.
  • Experience managing complex products, platform transformations, migrations, or modernization initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer insights, data, and experimentation to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered product capabilities, automation workflows, or AI-enhanced user experiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building impactful products that deliver customer value.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $152,000 to $190,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Equity participation opportunities in addition to base compensation.
  • Comprehensive extended health coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Flexible personal and sick leave policies supporting work-life balance.
  • RRSP retirement savings program.
  • Annual learning and development budget to support professional growth and career advancement.
  • Comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Monthly reimbursements for home internet, wellness memberships, meals, and related expenses.
  • Virtual team-building activities, social events, and opportunities to connect with colleagues across the organization.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment focused on innovation and continuous learning.
