We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team at our Rancho Cordova, California facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our manufacturing facility — directly supporting our mission to deliver precision-built solutions to industries across the globe. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CNC machines, mills, lathes, grinding equipment, and other precision mechanical systems, along with expertise in high-precision bearings, electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including manual and CNC machines, mills, lathes, grinding equipment, and other precision mechanical systems with high-precision bearings
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues to minimize downtime
- Troubleshooting PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex machinery problems and implement effective solutions
- Install, and maintain electrical systems, including both low voltage (as low as 5 volts) and high voltage (up to 480 volts).
- Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Handle and dispose of waste fluids in accordance with safety procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption
- Support the installation, calibration, and set up of new machinery and equipment
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Two or more years of equipment maintenance and electrical systems experience, within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand construction, electrical, and equipment drawings and schematics
- Electrical experience with both low voltage (as low as 5 volts) and high voltage (up to 480 volts)
- Experience orcertification with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
- Experience working on hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
- Experience working with precision mechanical components, including high-precision bearings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer literacy for entering and retrieving information using standard business software
- Strong customer service skills to respond to coworker or supervisor inquiries and escalate complex matters appropriately
- Ability to build effective working relationships with staff, customers, and others.
- Clear communication skills to convey instructions and follow written and verbal directions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities
- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and common-sense skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Cal/OSHA and OSHA safety regulations (preferred)
- Mathematical ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations (preferred)
Education Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED
· Technical or other relevant training
Certificates or Licenses Required
The following may be required depending on local, state, or contract requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements
Employees must be able to perform the following physical activities for extended periods, with or without assistance:
· Maneuvering in and around equipment
· Bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and crawling
· Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds
· Climbing ladders and step stools as needed
Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with forklifts, material handling, and production equipment, as well as in an office setting. The role may involve exposure to noise from machinery and, depending on weather conditions, to heat, cold, wind, or rain.
