Talent Strategist II

Accountabilities:

The Talent Strategist II will play a key role in developing and executing sourcing strategies, advising stakeholders, and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This position requires a balance of recruiting expertise, market analysis, operational excellence, and strategic partnership.

  • Partner with business leaders and recruiting teams to understand current and future talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Identify unique, diverse, and alternative talent sources to expand candidate pipelines beyond traditional recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with targeted talent communities to support immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
  • Create compelling candidate engagement strategies through personalized outreach, storytelling, networking, and community involvement.
  • Apply advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search techniques and specialized recruiting platforms, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments while evaluating qualifications, hiring considerations, compensation expectations, and other relevant factors.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights related to availability, compensation trends, hiring challenges, and workforce opportunities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies informed by data analysis, candidate behavior, and recruiting performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ensure compliance with recruiting policies, regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Share recruiting best practices, tools, and frameworks while helping improve sourcing effectiveness across teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategy, and stakeholder partnership, with strong knowledge of modern recruiting practices and technology-driven sourcing methods.

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, recruiting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments with multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Proven ability to build candidate pipelines through creative sourcing channels, including professional communities, forums, networks, and specialized platforms.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets and the ability to translate market insights into actionable recruiting strategies.
  • Experience using data and analytics to evaluate sourcing performance and improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create personalized outreach that engages technical and specialized candidates.
  • Experience supporting global teams and navigating hiring processes across different regions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing effectiveness is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of approximately $68,200 - $181,000 USD annually, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
