The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Mark Andy (or similar) printing presses to produce high-quality label rolls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Interpret job orders to determine specifications such as quantity, materials, timelines, and anilox BCM requirements
• Set up and operate printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and product quality
• Install and adjust plates, rollers, dies, cylinders, and related components using appropriate tools
• Monitor press operation (feeding, printing, and racking) and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical or print-quality issues and implement solutions quickly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards
• Collaborate with team members and complete additional duties as assigned

• Experience operating flexographic printing presses (Mark Andy preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
